Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese: Boursin cheese is a soft, packaged cheese that comes in a variety of flavors. For this recipe, you’ll need two of the garlic and herb Boursin cheese flavor and we will top it with oven roasted tomatoes.
Olive oil: To roast your tomatoes in.
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, and some Italian seasoning will be added to your tomatoes before you roast them for extra flavor.
Fresh basil: Finely chopped and sprinkled over the warm dip.
Balsamic glaze: To be drizzled over your warm dip.
For serving: pair your warm Boursin cheese dip with chunks of sourdough bread, pita chips, or crostini rounds.

Dice your tomatoes in half, place in a medium mixing bowl, then add your olive oil, salt, pepper, and italian seasonings. Stir until your tomatoes are well coated in seasonings.
Step 2:
Place on a medium sheetpan with parchment paper and roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
Step 3:
In a medium cast iron skillet (or oven safe dish of choice), place your two Boursin cheeses and then put them in the oven with the tomatoes in the final 5 to 10 minutes of roasting time to warm. Remove from the oven and spread the warmed cheese along the bottom of your oven safe dish into a thin layer.
Step 4:
Place your roasted tomatoes on top of your Boursin cheese layer then top with chopped basil and drizzle in balsamic glaze. Serve warm with pita chips, baked crostini's, or fresh sourdough bread chunks. Enjoy this delicious Boursin cheese appetizer!
