Hi! I’m Lauren.

I'm so glad you're here. As a nutrition registered dietitian, I help families build confidence around food through practical nutrition education, simple recipes, and evidence-based guidance. I live in Dallas, Texas, with my husband, our toddler, and our two furry friends. Like many of you, I'm a busy parent navigating the realities of everyday life while making nutrition work for my family.

As a farmer's daughter, I am passionate about helping people understand where their food comes from. My agricultural background gives me a unique perspective that sets me apart from many dietitians. I love connecting the gap between the farm and the table, answering nutrition questions, and sharing the stories behind the foods we eat. My goal is to help you feel confident in your food choices, cut through nutrition confusion, and find practical solutions that work for you and your family.
